This is good for our drought-afflicted state. Much of Minnesota is well below normal in precipitation this year, and I heard Chris Schaffer from WCCO say we would need 30 inches of snow in December to make it to average for the year. It's also good that winter has finally rolled around. October was freezing, and November was nice for a while, but it got old when the trees lost all their leaves and no snow came.

So go out and have a snowball fight this weekend!
